ladies I need advice. have any of you used either of these and if so which one is better ? fenugreek? or mother love more milk plus pills? pictures in comments.

I use fenugreek it Works But you should take everyday at the same time!

Fenugreek was terrible for me it just stopped my milk supply I stopped taking it immediately and my milk supply went back to normal 🙁 check out euphoric herbals.
