What do you need help with? They should've given you pain meds take those and do not skip a dose. Avoid and twisting jerking or fast moments of any kind. Hold a pillow to your stomach when sitting down or laughing. Take it easy and relax. Also walking helps a lot. It hurts like hell the first time you stand up but you got to push through it.
@studio.ghibli.mom23, that's a c-section hun. You won't be able to bend for a while because it will hurt. And yeah moving will be difficult. You just had major abdominal surgery you can expect to go back to normal.

Just had a c-section Tuesday. Hurts like hell but you have to walk. Take your meds!! Good Luck
