Should I ask my baby's father how he feels about becoming a father? If he feels excited, nervous or scared? Should I share my feels of happiness and excitement for our daughter with him? He has probably asked me about how she is doing twice during my entire pregnancy without me bringing the subject up. He has only gone to one ultrasound. We are not together nor do I feel he will ever want to be with me. We used to be together almost everyday, I would sleep over all the time, we used to do so much together but now we're like strangers. This guy whom I can barely hold a conversation with is the father of my daughter who I love so much already. I don't know what to do. I want to try for her. I don't want her to ever feel like because I didn't try hard enough he isn't around. When he ever does text me our conversations are really short and about superficial things. I'm so lost.
