I had my shower at 36 weeks.

Well idk with twins lol but I had a surprise one feb 20th being due March 1

I think it's a little too late, especially because you want your nursery set up and ready. You don't want to be hustling or stressed trying to get everything you need/didn't get at the shower or be worried about exchanges. I'd go for January and get everything done early. That's my plan because I can't see myself doing much of anything the last month and I'm only having one kid lol. Best of luck and congratulations on the twins!! Double the cuteness!

@jasholbert I told her that she's stubborn lol.. let's just say I do hold out for the baby shower, how comfortable will I be? lol my goodness..

Tell her you can go anytime with twins and that you may not be there. My church wanted to do my second shower at 37 wks and I said no. Good thing I did because I was medically induced at 36 wks.

My MIL is having my baby shower January 9th when I am due Feb 9th.. just so it doesn't get crammed in with the holidays.

@jasholbert, That makes sense to me.. but my mom wants to do it after the 20th of February.. I'll be 35 weeks!

I did my shower at 30 wks but with twins I'd probably do it even sooner.
