When a baby sleeps more often than normal is that a growth spurt? My baby slept pretty much all day yesterday (only woke up to eat), slept 6-7 hours straight last night, and is only eating and sleeping again today.

She'll normally be up two or three hours at some point but only stayed up an hour yesterday just before that long sleep stretch.
