I usually just suffer through colds without anything because a lot of cold medicines can effect your supply or make baby drowsy .I drink honey lemon water for sore throat or just regular tea . Stuffed up nose i use steam from hot shower or put your face over steaming water with a towel to trap it. Be careful with any herbal cough drops and things of that matter . I get sore throat/cough lozenges without menthol.
