I was up doing my normal routine about weeks later, it was a lot easier, you know what to expect you and know your limits the second time around

I was up walking 4 hours after my csection, and was driving and felt great after 2 weeks

My second was quicker. Probably because I was also taking care of a 2 year old. The 3rd seemed even quicker because I suddenly had 3 children to take care of. Lol!
