i had if for night before she turned breeched. it soften my cervix and started contractions. they weren't bad at first then got worse as the night wore on I could tolerate them though. i went from a finger tip dilated to 1 1/2 cm.
I had to do it twice bc the first time it didn't do anything. I was at a 0 for everything so after 24 hours doing it twice I was finally at a 3 when they took it out
I was two times after the first (10 hrs) they sent me home bc they didn't think my preeclampsia was bad enough to fully induce. I was 1cm dilated before hand. The next week when I got bad they did it again for 12 hours to soften me up then put me in pitocin. Cervadil contractions weren't bad at all but it didn't further dilate me. It's after they broke my water on pitocin shit got real, real fast 😂
Didn't work for me. Had to get the foley balloon put in. And that dilated me to 4cm from 1... and then the nurse stripped my membranes hard, and my body took it from there. I was having contractions 4-5 minutes apart, and I guess they couldn't get them to slow down enough to give me more of cervadil.

Me lol for 12 hours it was giving me contractions back to back so they had to remove it sooner
