well got my staples out it hurt a little because my skin was already starting to cover my staples. my incision was a little open its healed but i had to get this tape that hold my incision together and the tape falls off on its own. im still a little sore but i can movd better than i did before. feels like im never going to get better.

make sure when you take a shower not to even touch the incision area. the steri-strips will fall off. ik when I was leaving the hospital they neglected to tell me that, all they said was that it was ok to shower.

thanks for the heads up. i asked if it was okay to shower they said yes and that the tape will fall off on its own when its ready. my aunt told me when i shower to get a wash cloth and squeez the soap/water to let it clean like that and pat dry@lacie92

@juliam27, yah I showered normal and gently washed the incision and they still came off and I ended up getting an infection because the incision was open. not like gaping open but as much as it's open after the staples came out. it was a big pain.

the drs took my out i had 11 staples and they gave me 13 stitches also plus now the tape so im in like double the pain. @lacie92
