I wanted to share my birth story, because everybody says there's no way I should have dealt with this, I need opinions.

I'm 17 (16 when I had my son) I'm 4'11 so when I was 37 weeks pregnant they did the shoulder test for me.

When basically they see if you can get the baby's shoulders out of your pelvis. My doctor "claimed" I passed. My mother and aunt always works at an OBGYN , they took my measurements and I failed twice. I was scehduled to be induced at exactly 39 weeks. Okay, June 14th I go in at 7pm and get cervidil put in, then on June 15th at 5am , more cervidil and at 6am they started the pitocin. Contractions started around 15 minutes after, at 2cm he broke my water and they got very intense. I asked for the epidural, I got it, my body didn't respond to it, it didn't work, it felt out, they put it back it still didn't work. I ended up getting a spinal block but after it wore off I was in excrutating pain. Now it comes time to push, I started making noise while I was pushing (obviously women know it hurts having a baby) but I wasn't screaming and they kept saying "no you can't make noise", "stop you need to stop" and when I would the nurse would say "No Meghan" He kept turning the pitocin up saying. "She wants a baby right" when the nurse said stop. (He had a lawsuit because he turned a womans pitocin up so high her uterus came out with the baby) the doctor didnt stay in the room, he went into the lobby and was listening to music while i was pushing when my boyfriend checked. Eventually my baby's heart rate went up, I went into distress, I had to get a c section, I wanted to be awake, it wasn't a "I need it this second" c section and they handed the scrubs to my boyfriend/child's father, and were going to. All of a sudden they took his scrubs away and said you can't come in and went to put me completely out.

He started cutting me and I said I can feel everything and saying ow and he kept going and I kept saying I need my child's father in here I should be awake and they put me under

I woke up 2 hours later, everything was okay then, I was trying to breastfeed and he gave me medications I couldn't breast feed with (I no longer breast feed)

He was rude during my labor and my pregnancy , I also have very very bad nerve damage now..
