and I will allow visitors at the hospital because I feel they are inevitable regardless of the fact that I don't honestly want any there. but once my husband and I get to bring him home, those first few days are just going to be us unless I ask certain people to come by, which would most likely just be our mothers to be help out with this or that. i already know I'm gonna piss quite a few people off but I don't care. my son isn't being born so everyone can play pass the baby. sorry for all the venting. i just really needed to express that because no one in my family understands, or cares, they all just think I'm being selfish. he is my child and I'm a first time mom who wants alone time to bond. i don't see anything wrong with that and they should try to respect my wishes if they had any kind of respect at all for me.

I'm the same way I don't want alot of ppl around so I'm going to ask the desk staff to only let certain people come to my room. I don't want alot of ppl touching my girls when they come. I'm going to limit who can come to my house first month or two I want me n my hubby n my son to bond with them alot of ppl are going to be mad at me but idc

i am the same way. I really do not want but immediate family to visit in the hospital.

im the same way. It helps I live 2 hours from family only person coming down when i go into labor is my grandparents that raised me and that to stay with my oldest son. so my husband can be with me.

Only people gonna be in my room is hubby mom n dad n my son. After my surgery and I rest then my brothers n sisters can come visit. Other than that nobody else will come to the hospital.
