Have any ladies heard of the rebozo technique for labor? It's a Mexican technique and I'm wondering if it works 🤔

Huh 🤔🤔 from what I read it's good for putting baby in a good position. And when you're in labor it can ease the pain of contractions. One women said it worked so well it compared to an epidural. @laila92

oh I've never heard of that, sounds interesting I'm going to have to ask these women my mom hangs around with or even my grandmother knows somthing about this... because if that means no epidural I would really like to try this, I had a really bad experience with the epidural, ever since I got it, my hips and lower back always hurt when I'm working since I'm standing and walking all the time

Omg yes totally! And if you ever do please let me know what they say. I wanna go natural again with my next baby. Yeah girl I'm never doing the epidural again the back pain is too much sometimes. @laila92

if i would of known what it was going to be like afterwards I wouldn't of had it even if I felt like dying the pain will only last a few hours and then it's over, but man when your a first time mom you just don't care and you want the pain to go away, plus what I hated the most and I only noticed because of the pictures that my sister took, the epidural made my face and hands swell...

Exactly you just let everyone scare you into getting it. I kinda regret it but it's done now. Omg me too my face was so puffy 😖 dude I had an awful reaction to mine. Right after my son came out I felt so light headed. When I was wheeled to my room I started throwing up so badly and shaking. Then I started hemorrhaging I felt like I was gonna pass out. Didn't have that with my second baby soo 😐..@laila92
