I had sex earlier today.. and every since then I have been having very intense lower back pain ... it feels like I'm about to poop also... its consistent and I don't know what to think... I'm 36 weeks today

try laying on your left side ans drink some water. keep track of them and if they are steady and start getting closer I'd definitely to the hospital. Sex can bring on labor.

@brittanygss, yeah that cramps last about 10 seconds then come back.. consistently it so painful ... 😖

Might be your body gearing up for labor just keep track of how you feel
