Be very careful when getting a car seat secondhand as car seats do have expiration dates. Also if you can, ask if the previous owner has ever been in an accident with the car seat because it can compromise how safe the seat is. I'd say check if there is a local mom blog in your area. I know that there are a few in Cobb county. Not sure about Stone Mountain area. Hope this helps! Good luck on your search.
