ok my son was born premature and his pediatrician is mad because he supposedly isn't gaining weight right but other doctors say it's normal what should I do? he was 5lbs 14oz at birth and is 5weeks old now and weighing 6lbs 14oz but for awhile he was having trouble with his formula we changed it 3x so I don't know what to do I feel like it's my fault he's not gaining weight.

I think it would be good to get another opinion. I think the important thing is that he is gaining weight and healthy.

My son was having the same problem and has reflex really bad so bcuz I'm bf we add rice cereal to his milk and also give him formula after a feeding it helped him

girl my son was born at 33 weeks weighing 5 lbs 3 oz. he will be 15 months tomorrow and weighs 17 lbs 8 oz. talk about a slow weight gain. if you are feeding him then you will be fine. I would have however change doctors.
