My milk supply has pretty much dried up... we have switched to formula and my baby girl is actually taking to it pretty well. I just a cannot get over the guilt especially from certain family members... How did other formula feeding moms deal with the guilt of switching to formula, especially guilt caused by others?

As long as she is fed, that's all that matters! My supply was doing great and then dried up overnight. I got lots of hate for it, but when that happens, it's not something you can help or control! It doesn't matter how she is fed as long as she's healthy and eating well. There are so many different formula types to choose from, I'm sure you will find one that is perfect for her and I hope it isn't difficult for you! Just remind family that it is your choice and she still gets all her nutrients she needs from formula.

regardless if moms breastfeed or formula feed we get criticized, it's your baby you do what you feel is right for your baby

Ignore them! I didn't care. you're the mother you make whatever decision is best for your child. If they don't like it that's too bad
