This picture makes me a "proud mommy". For 9 long months I suffered severe HG. I tried every oral medication offered, had a Zofran pump, steroids, had IV therapy and was stuck with a different IV port every other day, blew veins and eventually needed a PICC line. After receiving my PICC line I ran constant Zofran and IV fluids along with daily potassium infusions. Even all that was not enough, I was still throwing up and loosing weight. So then came TPN. I was still throwing up but now at least the baby was getting nutrition. Finally along came Amelia. A perfect 6lbs baby girl! Even though the odds we against her and she shouldn't have lived, and even if she lived she should have had birth defects but praise the Lord she is perfect! She's now almost 2 months old and I couldn't be more proud. #momlifephotos
