I've started looking at the positive and trying to enjoy my daughter more instead of just being annoyed when she's crying, and it's made me so much more sympathetic and less stressed. I'm still exhausted, I don't do well mentally when I'm so tired, but being more optimistic has really helped me so much with my depression! For a while I just dreaded going to pick her up, got annoyed when she cried, and didn't enjoy her when she was awake. That's no way to live! My medication helps, but you have to change your mindset if you truly want your life to change. My outlook has changed. She's so sweet, cuddly, loveable. Yes there are times when she screams and cries but she's a baby and she's teething! It's what they do! And if I can keep a positive mindset, then I think I can get through this. One day she'll be older and I'll miss when she needed me like this, and I'll regret not enjoying her more so I'm kicking my ass into gear! ❤
