Just ran into a friend at the store who had his 8 month old daughter with him. I'd never seen her before, so I leaned in to look and he asked me to sit with her while he ran inside to get the baby some chips... The baby's rear facing car seat was facing forward and not strapped in... I tried explaining to him as politely as possible that she was in there backwards. He said "we won't be in here long, it's ok"... Then started complaining about how he was stuck babysitting and can't smoke... I said to him IT'S NOT CONSIDERED BABYSITTING WHEN IT'S YOUR CHILD SMH... Then he noticed that I had Xavier with me (I was parked right next to him and Zay was asleep), he said "you got your baby too, this is crazy"... I was like.... Ummmm.... Not really.... I always have my son...... FATHERS..... DO BETTER....... SMMFH.......

Shame. My neighbor either carries his newborn baby in his lap as he recklessly drives or has it forward facing. Neither of which are correct. Makes me sad people don't put their safety first

it was just on the new down here in VA the this little has to go visit her dad court order so the mom left with dad for her visit. (she looks about 6or7 they cant say her age on the news) so later the dad put the girl in the and drove drunk to the store to buy more beer hitting I think a tree splitting her almost in half. she still on life support. her mom a mess because she been fighting the courts for full custody for years

And I'm not speaking on all fathers because there's plenty of wonderful fathers out there...... There's garbage ass mothers too... It's just sad. Baby was 8 months old, not dressed appropriately for the weather, not strapped in, not rear facing, then he hands her an entire bag of chips SMMFH... I tried explaining to him the dangers of him getting in an accident with her seated that way, he said "her mama put her in there like that, it's fine"......... BUT, ITS NOT FINE!!!!!

because va laws regarding so hard to prove a parent is unfit that mother had been fighting for her daughter because of his drugs and alcohol for year but va laws because he did physically hurt her yet he's a good dad. and now because he was drunk and she was in a booster seat she on life support its sad
