I gave those to my daughter at 6m & she loved them

as soon as baby has teeth and can chew. around 8 months.

but my love that's recommend for 9 months and up.. buy my son has 8 teeth at 5 months so I gave it to him. it melts in there mouth. just make sure he's sitting up on his own

as long as your baby knows how to chew its fine. I started giving it to my son at 8months because now he knows how to chew without choking

I heard once your baby starts drinking 4oz then it's time for real food
