So FTM wondering has anyone had to deal with there LO having acidic poop? Never has happened before and she's 6 months old, she was in so much pain yesterday I tried Tylenol etc was only content when I was standing and holding her when she sat or I sat with her she'd scream and cry. She's also teething.
I haven't tried that actually, but I'm not sure if it's a rash or a burn it looks more so like a burn @ssdj4 from her poop, I've been changing her right away each time but I think she pooped in the car ride home and just that little time sitting in it made her all red
have you tried Dr smiths rash ointment? it works wonders on my son. it clears up really bad diaper rashes in 2 uses.
teething will do that. also wash out your wipes and that will help when wiping.
well this has aquaphor and another medication in it to really help I mean the rash goes away within an hour. if insurance will pay for it I highly recommend it.
The only thing so far that I've found to help my daughter is the Vaseline, I just feel so bad because of the poop her butts getting so red
get a prescription from the Dr it's caked questrum not sure the spelling but it's the only thing that helped my daughter and she used to get really bad rashes that she would bleed from them and I could never prevent them it was horrible. but that diaper rash cream helped so much
@jnanzer94, my little one had the same issue....I used A&d ointment all the time it coats it is well like I really put in on there and also when I wipe him down I make sure that it air dries a bit before I put the cream on it tends to help.....just a suggestion
My concern is her acid type poop, her butt is so red from it now too 😒 @happymomma2211xox
@jnanzer94, yeah that really helped my little one last night he wad screaming and crying all night till I gave it to him
I actually did end up doing that after I exhausted other options! @happymomma2211xox
it will help the burn too. I promise. it's the only rash cream I use. @jnanzer94
