Having period like cramps and a huge back ache. I can't really get comfortable and when I pee it hurts and I immediately get cramps. Is this a UTI? It's been going on a few days. My urine is also very yellow.

Then it could be a UTI! I would try to drink even more water and cranberry juice. Or you can always call your OB

definitely go in the morning, UTIs during pregnancy suuuuuck but getting treated is your safest bet! they will just give you an antibiotic!
