Omg. Parents are such parents. My grandma and mom are really passive aggressive with their comments like that too. They can't just be happy about the things your happy about. 🙄
Many people feel this way about this topic honestly.. Many people don't like bringing more pups into a world where thousands of animals are being killed on the daily because of overpopulation
