Question, how long till labor actively starts after induction? I know its different and depends on…

Mine started about 2-3 hours after. When they put cervadil in i started to cramp up a bit and my body went into labor within a few hours if that. They started me on pitocin the next morning.

Mine took 24 hours, BUT they put cervadil in every 4 hours, and 24 hours after the first one they started me on pitocin.. And within an hour or two, my water broke on its own and from there I was having painful contractions.

I had my son in about 8 hours, if it didn't take 2 hours to push him out it would've went better ( his head was facing sideways- they eventually used forceps to pull him out). I'm praying this time goes as smoothly and hopefully faster :)

i went in on a friday morning 2 get induced and my active labor started on a saturday night an had him sunday at 3:09am...but everyone is different yur might start quick maybe in a couple of hours when yuh go in...

I got induced at 1230am water broke at 204am and that's when it started for me n I asked for the epidural @2ndchancemommy
