i know this question probably will sound so strange to you all but still as it's my first pregnancy I need to ask cos I don't know...So I bought a birthing ball cos I sow a lot of girls on here talking about they bouncing on they balls sk I thought I will get one too but I don't know when shall I start to bounce on it and what does it do for u and a baby??loool 😂😂🙈 sorry

I had one from 34 weeks and you bounce and do circles with your hips x

It was comfortable to sit on towards the end of the pregnancy, and when I had contractions they did help the heaviness down below by rocking and bouncing. Now I'm going to use the ball to strengthen my pelvic floor. 💕x

I had mine from 32 weeks, I was bouncing non stop after 36 weeks, went into labour at 38 weeks after a sweep & by the time I went into hospital only contracting for 4 hours I was 4 cm dilated. I live on my ball as it was the only comfy thing I could sit on
