Feeling fat and depressed tonight. I gained 4 stone in my pregnancy and can't get my head in gear to get it shifted. I found a photo of me pre-pregnancy, total gym bunny, training 5 times a week. And now I do F all. Can't afford to go back to training either. Need some recommendations for home workout dvds.... Help?

I'm in the exact same boat. Feeling horrible. Can't even exercise because of C-section recovery. Not allowed to jump or lift. I used to run twice a week and do High intensity interval training 3 times a week and lift weights twice a week. Inside of pregnancy I got SPD and had to stop working out because it caused me intense pain.
