Need to vent: so my husband share joint custody with his kids and on the weeks we have them or she has them we do a mid week visit on Wednesday. This has been for the last year and more. But she picks and freaking choose when she wants to get them. Which is hardly ever especially every time she get a new man. So every day when the kids are here I have to get all the kids ready for school along with my two and take them to three different school by 8:30 and pick them all up by 3:40pm. Wednesday pick up is at 5 no later than 5:30 she's never on time when she has to pick them up. Until 7:30pm at the police station bc she's always full of drama. Tonight my husband ask me to meet him with the kids there bc I was already out at the store and I was like ok this was 5:08 and he fucking blowing my phone up mind you I am at the dollar store right next to the police station so when I get there it's literally like 5:10 she still wasn't there so I'm like why the hell are you blowing me up asking where I am when she's not even here. He's going to say it's not about here being her I want to be here ok and you are you pull in after me so what's the big deal he's looks at me and said fuck you. Oh really fuck me bc she's not even here. Long story short she didn't even show up to pick up her kids and won't even answer her phone. She texted him 5 minutes ago talking about she's busy they will be ok!

I'm sorry but if my SO ever said fuck you to me my daughter wouldn't even have a father, idc if he's my ex my boyfriend or even husband, everything starts with respecting...

Just remember that those babies will always remember who stepped up and became mommy . They're going to remember how you cared for them , Took them and picked them up from school, fed them, clothed them ... just was being mommy to them . Children don't ever forget that . I'm sorry its hard for you right now babe , but I Promise it all pays off .

@cambrialatrece97, your right bc when they walked in the house tonight my step daughter said why do we even have to do this she never shows up. Mind you she's 11. So she's what's going on more than the boys. Who are 5&7. I was pissed bc in the last four years she hasn't showed up to anything hasn't paid for anything and only pretty much deal with her kids to get food stamps. and although this is the first time for you to say fuck me idc how bad your day is don't fly with me.

@nwhite0823, I'm not in the situation , but I know exactly where you're coming from . He's going to eventually apologize to you for that . He had no reason . He's going to see how good you are to those babies and how much they love and respect you . He can't take that anger out on you because of her .. little does he know you can only take so much before you snap .

@housfullofgrls, she has been held in contempt of court 5 times she's the mom they just tell my husband it's his responsibility. 25,000 in the last year between court fees and lawyer 90 times to file and she owes us 450.00 for the filing coat and hasn't paid us a dime and she don't work so still can't get that back either

I can't even sugar coat it I've haven't missed out on anything with his kids or mines no matter my work schedule or location. Parent teacher meeting anything. Literally their teachers call me before they reach out to my husband or their mom! I got an award last year for being involved when the school know the kids were going through a hard time I don't get in the middle of things with them and their kids but if it's going to affect my house we need to talk about it first. It's crazy bc I've never turned my back on them but sometimes I feel like I'm being taking advantage of.
