You don't get milk until after baby, once your placenta has been removed. It can take a couple to a few days. While pregnant you get colostrum, everyone's different with this. Some don't leak and some do, so you never know when you have it

I started after she was born. But some take a few days I heard.

I had colostrum that leaked at little starting around 30 weeks. My milk didn't come in until about 4 days after she was born.
