@cody, he ended up charging me an extra fiver for waiting 12 minutes, yes he counted!! Then didn't have any change and when I explained I didn't have any either, he told me I was wasting his time and wasted it at argos, I the told him where to go and to forget the pound and got out the car. Safe to say I was far from happy. think I am going to ring up and complain!
