I just spray painted a wooden B for My son's name in blue and had people finger print it in silver. It's hanging on his wall. We also had blue cupcakes and a BBQ.

I filled up a huge black balloon with pink confetti and also had regular pink and blue balloons. then counted down so my son could pop it

We did little water balloons filled with grey paint and one with the gender..then we taped them to the canvas and threw darts!! The best part is that we now have a keepsake to hang in her room!! p.s. this was all my sisters idea
