Dying to get back to the gym and loose some of this baby weight but literally can't bring myself to leave my little lamb for any longer than an hour ... plus then there's the hassle of expressing 🤔 can anyone recommend any "baby friendly" exercise (apart from the obvious walking option)

exercise DVD :) I do half hour of Charlotte Crosby's 3 minute belly blitz and it's amazing. used to do it every other day before I was pregnant to lose weight and tone etc and gonna start getting into it again now because I can't bear to leave her either x
