Sharp needle pains in boobs does anybody else get them and is it due to breastfeeding?

Yes & yes. It'll stop happening eventually.

In the beginning it's normal to have burning, itching, pains, etc. & I know I hated it so much on top of mines being severely engorged it was the worse.

I get those ALL the time!!!
