@jenny73, I have one at home too and I'm 17 weeks and can finally hear the baby's heartbeat it isn't as loud as the doctors but I can finally hear it. Did you order the Doppler off line? The one that looks like the doctors? Or ones they sale at the store? Because sometimes the one they sale at the stores only really work for third trimesters

Baby is probably too small still. That's why doctors don't recommend home dopplers, they can cause panic

the ones u can buy that aren't medical grade and about $800 aren't as powerful
