my milk supply has decreased since I've been alternating formula and BF. I haven't been consistent with pumping... I try to get her to nurse and nurse even when she is still hungry but not getting anything to help my supply but she screams and cries until I give her a bottle. what can I do to increase my production?

When you give her formula really try to take the time to pump. It'll stimulate your body to produce more.

you can try brewers yeast sold at health food stores of on amazon or make location cookies ?! and pump often

@cubanese, I can't because she won't continue to try to eat. like I just fed her on both boobs and she's still screaming for more. so I gave her a two ounce bottle so once I get grumpy butt to sleep I'll pump

@cubanese, she's not cluster feeding. I know what that is. I give it to her whenever she wants it. she will eat off of one, scream and cry because there's no more let down (even if I milk it) same goes for the other one. when I try to switch her back to the first, just screams and cries. no let down at all.
