Hey ladies, my baby is 3 month old today. He is excellent at holding his head up ect and sitting up is going good but he just hasn't grasped keeping his balance yet he stays up for around 5 seconds then topples. Does this sound right for his age ? X

At 3 months you should only let them sit for a few seconds...it can't be longer until they are a bit older (5-6 months) babies usually sit unaided by 6 months :) xxxx

All babies develop at different stages...I go to a children centre and the 6 months olds are only just sitting up...but Maya was crawling at 6 months (hands and knees...and commando crawling at 5 months) xx
