Questions for any mommy's with a mixed child.
This is my boyfriend/child's father and our 4 month old baby.. I'm white and he's African american.
my question is , is it normal for our mixed baby to not have any pigment, he is my skin tone , blond hair , and blue turning hazel eyes , but he has some of his father s facial features? I'm wondering just because I'm used to seeing mixed babies be a little darker.

mixed babies can come out all different types of color and shades :) your baby might also get slightly darker as he gets older...but the way I could tell with my daughter is if you look at their fingers the color of the skin right by the nail bed if it's still a little darker then he probably just hasn't grown into his color. lol mixed babies are so amazing they are all so different :) your baby is adorable by the way!

yes no problem! your son looks pretty light though probably will get darker in the summertime at least! but your boyfriend's skin tone kinda plays a part. my kid's dad is quite a bit darker compared to your boyfriend so that could play a factor as well. either way your next child could come out 2 shades darker then your first lol that's the surprise with mixed babies! 😍
