There is no definite answer to that. Each child is different. I know people who had kids that slept through the night in their first month of life and I know people whose kids are 10 months and still not sleeping through the night

@amaperalta03, wow...well I'm already trying to have her stay up longer during the day I'm hoping as soon as she doesn't need to feed every 3 hours she will sleep more at night. 😔I'm so exhausted #parenthood

I understand your tired girl I am too I have a 5 week old and a almost 2 year old. But you keeping baby up during the day still won't make her sleep longer cause if she's hungry she'll still wake up. The first few weeks are so rough but you got this mama. Try doing a routine every night so she will know it's bed time and if your consistent with it she'll eventually learn its bed time

@amaperalta03, I bet your exhausted with a toddler as well I don't know how you do it. I find myself being more irritable and less patient. I feel bad for my fiancé I'm always getting short with him because of lack of sleep😔

I feel you pain. And I think my baby is cluster feeding. I got 2hours of sleep last nite I'm so drained and breastfeeding makes it a Lil harder cause you can't just pop a bottle in especially when your nipples hurt. But it will get better I keep telling myself. So hang in there girly!
