I can't take it anymore! Haley (yes my 1mth old and no I wasn't able to go through this "joy" of nursing my older daughter, Molly) has been screaming non stop for 6hrs! Do you have to eat good in order to breastfeed? My MiL always asks if I'm eating good and I tell her yea just because I don't want to argue with her (I only eat like once or twice if I'm lucky a day) but I mean, there are women in third world countries who breastfeed and I'm sure they rarely eat themselves too. She always says that if I don't eat proper meals throughout the day my milk will 'dry up' is this true??
