When do you start feeling "normal" again down there after giving birth? It's nearly been 4 weeks and I'm still uncomfortable and my stitches haven't dissolved yet 🙄

I had an episiotomy and 2nd degree tear. I'm still not over it. But I had an infection which slowed my healing. I'm now healed but still having problems with sensitive skin down there (lovely) 😂 I have to use special wash to stop the good bacteria causing problems. I mean what a pain in the bottom for me ey! Xx
