since i dont have my pump i did it with my hands but my both of my nipples hurt so i stopped @jadah247

I did that too, I had to stop as well.. The tenderness was annoying. It definitely gave me strong bh contractions but that's it. If your bod isn't ready to give birth, it just won't happen 😩 I hope it works for you though
