See it shouldn't be what kind of felony if it's a felony then he shouldn't be able to get custody

it depends on the felony honestly as long as it's not against a child or a violent one the courts don't care bout the felony.

@lae1988 the court's arent a big fan of removing coustdy from the nother unless she proven unfit.

Yea that's what I thought just wanted to settle an argument lol cuz I knew that I ain't never heard of a judge taking custody away from a mother if she isn't unfit if she doesn't do drugs and doesn't abuse her kids and is a good mother then the kids should stay with the mother @ashleymonae

@lae1988, yea and they wont give coustdy to a felon... my brother cant even get his kids and he has a non violent felony....
