Ughh so TMI but today when I am sitting down it feels like my right side lip keeps getting pitched…

Ughh so TMI but today when I am sitting down it feels like my right side lip keeps getting pitched in my underware which I kno it's not and they r super soft comfy underware....I've nvr had this feeling before. It feels rly sore and almost stingy. Any of you kno what this is? I'm 19 DPO and tom I'll be a week late.
