Because I really wanted him to have my last name. I know it sound selfish. I no longer want to be with him . And I trying to leave but he is making it difficult. I thought when the baby came that he would step up and act like a father. But that's not the case. He refuse to work, he drinks and smoke all day with his friends. I leaving him. Is it fair that my son has his name not mine when I'm doing all the work.

You're the one who had to carry your child for 9 months, the one whoms body has changed and been put threw hell, and the one that takes care of your child. If you want it to have your last name then change their last name.
