No more formula bottles for my little girl at night. All she'll get is water during the night. Her nurse wants us to make sure she's having water at night because of her teeth. We don't want them to get rotten. Time to start brushing the teeth she has. Her nurse gave us tooth brushes for her and tooth paste also gave me a new tooth brush as well because a bacteria can be transmitted from parent to child if we don't take care of our own teeth.

Is that safe? To substitute a meal for water? Don't they need the nutrients at that age still?

She is already eating table food so because of how fast she is growing her at home nurse and doctor have both given me the clear to wean her off of the one bottle she does have at night for water instead of formula. She will just have formula bottles during the day just not the one at night. @corinasolorio

I was concerned about it as well considering my sisters both give their children bottles at night until their two and all 10 of my nieces and nephews had to get there front teeth pulled out because of it. So when my daughter's nurse came for our visit we talked about it and she gave me a lot of pamphlets and research about it and your actually not suppose to give your child formula bottles but bottles filled with water once they hit the age where they are allowed water. @corinasolorio

@babynessa, yeah they get bottle rot from the sugar in the formula..I honestly thought most people just stopped at 1 lol but I don't know much about it..
