Hey Mommies 💕
So I Got My First Period Yesterday Since Nexplanon Was Removed (Oct 4) Kinda Feeling A Little Discouraged About Getting Pregnant When Hubby Comes To Visit ( November 25-27 ) I'm Just Sooo Confused About My Body 😥😥
They say you usually bleed nonstop for 6-12 months when you first get it I bled the entire year I had mine and was only off my period like a week every month
I used to have the nexplanon and I got it removed and I wasn't trying to get pregnant but I wasn't stopping it either. 2 years later I got surprised with my baby girl but there are ppl who get pregnant immediately after removal. I got my new one put in a week ago
@niamccree, were they regular before you got the nexplanon? If they were they were probably between 28-34 day cycles right? You can always estimate and use the average of 29-30 days and that should get you a fertile week that should be similar to what yours would be if you hadn't been on nexplanon and then around that time you'll just have to pay really good attention to your body and watch for the signs, or you can go on Amazon get a big thing of ovulation tests for really cheap and take one every morning until they show positive for ovulation.
I Don't Know The Length In Between My Cycles Because I Was On Nexplanon For About 4 Months And Was Bleeding Non Stop So Im Just Confused @ainsleighsmumma
Download a fertility app, it should give you an estimate on when you are going to ovulate and then out just watch for the signs of ovulation, like slight cramping on one side, eggwhite cervical mucus discharge and a temperature spike.
