i really need to man up.. im switching my obgyns because mine is a real peice of shit so i need to go and sign the record release form and also need them to sign a form for me missing work yesterday and going to l&d because the midwife told me to.. but the receptionist scares me and im scared shes gnna say no to the forms 😣

the recepionist really just scares me.. a hella lot. lol i'm trying to take my husband with me but he just came from work and is knocked out 😅😅

Make sure you find a new one that will accept you before you make the switch. Sometimes most offices won't accept you as a patient with you being this far along. Good luck 👍🏽

where i work we have this job accomadation thingy.. so i have to get paperwork give it to them theu fill it out and fax it.. i didnt have the paperwork with me when i went to l&d.. so they said give it to my obgyn. but i went everything went well.. @beebaby
