Just keep offering breast as much as possible.. Your milk will regulate to babies needs..if you supplement or use a bottle your not telling you body to make enough milk.. The only way your body knows to make it is through stimulation. And remember baby can get so so so much more milk out then a pump.. When I was exclusively nursing my son I could not get any milk out with a pump but baby was healthy chunky and full

@corinasolorio, thank you I don't know what to do I've been nursing and only using the bottle like once a day. Pumping once a day.

I would pump more often. after a feeding I was told to pump right after it will start sending signals to make more milk

maybe try mother's milk as well. it's a tea that a lot of women talk about on here. I'm planning on trying that with this next baby if my supply gets low

How much are you pumping it of both breasts? According to lactation consultants, normal amounts are between a half an ounce to two ounces from both breasts. Anything over usually is oversupply. Pumping is not an indication of what you're producing and feeling empty doesn't mean you're empty, just not engorged. If baby is rooting around it's because her tummy is starting to grow and she's trying to get your body to start producing more to prepare for her future growth spurts. If you're really worried then pump after every feeding but be careful because pumping before 4-6 weeks can cause oversupply. You're doing great, those first few weeks are the hardest because baby is growing and preparing your body so much.

@jasholbert, maybe I am producing enough thank you for the info I started pumping when I left the hospital. So maybe I was making oversupply and now I'm not.

Your milk is trying to regulate as well and will over the first 3 months because the first three months is all a big growth spurt. As long as she's making over 6 wet diapers a day then she's getting plenty. Don't doubt yourself momma! You've got this. My boobs are constantly empty feeling now and my baby is gaining like crazy lol. I only get engorged and full when she sleeps too long. It's perfectly normal and if you ever need help contact a lactation consultant or see if there's a la leche league or breastfeeding support group nearby. That's how I learned what I know.
