Bath and bedtime routine!! Every night at 8:30 I bathe my daughter, but her in her pajamas, and put her to bed. Now she gets fussy around 8:30 because she's used to her bedtime. But she goes down so fast after her bath. No more crying and fighting to get her to sleep.
I feed my daughter no later than 6:30 then I give her a bath around 7 and she's laying in her crib by 7:45. She puts herself to sleep best thing I did was getting her on a schedule and having her put herself to sleep.
I pretty much do the same as everyone else is saying but after bath time I put Johnsons lavender bedtime lotion on my son. It really does help relax him.

Same with me! I give him a bath around 8-9 and then feed him after his bath and that usually knocks him out
