Okay serious question cause I'm freaking out. About 20 minutes ago I started cramping pretty flipping bad. But I can't tell if it's contractions or if I'm being a wimp and I am just having weird pregnancy pains. The cramping is constant and won't go away. I feel it in my belly and kind of in my back at times. It kind of feels like that ache you get after you throw up too hard. Is this contractions? Or am I nuts.

Are they time able? Also have you taken in plenty of water? BH contractions can be painful.

keep track of them if they are consistently less than 5 mins apart go to ER. My Braxton Hicks are painful like that but if they are consistent it can be labor. Good luck I hope it's just a false alarm. You can always drink water and lay on your side to see if they subside. I hope you feel better :)

Oh girl I just had this happen a few days ago to the point I couldn't walk... I was freaking out thinking it was the real thing. I waited it out and eventually went to the Dr. That day. She said it was baby starting to engage in my pelvis and my cervix half way thinned out. She also said these are symptoms of dialation. If it comes in patterns time it, if you get contractions 5-10 min that you can't talk through head to ER, but otherwise schedule an appt tomorrow hope that helps 💜

Okay everyone I was trying to explain it was just one super long cramp I couldn't time it. As soon as I posted this it went away but I had more irregular cramping like it throughout the night. Maybe it's dilation. My baby is breech so I hope nothing is engaging yet @torirosee I have braxton Hicks contractions throughout my entire day. I usually have 10-12 within an hour. My docs know about them, it's just my "normal" since babygirl is breech and making me measure so far ahead. My body doesn't like it i guess. But things stopped so all is well now @angelao777 @santistevanmommie

I'm glad you're okay! Mine was breech too up till about 3 weeks ago so you still have time for her to flip. I get the long ones too, I've had some lasting 5 minutes or longer. It sucks but it's apparently our bodies way of preparing for birth 😕@martinajjones

@angelao777, I'm being induced on the 12th so they are going to try to flip her next week after my ultrasound. She's getting too big and we are running out of time haha. all the contractions I'm having are doing no good/: Not until she is head down at least

@martinajjones, Very true, I have no clue how mine got head down, he still feels sideways but my ob swears she feels his head super low. I told my husband he must be in a constant frog position with his legs spread because both sides of my stomach constantly pop out at once. It must feel so claustrophobic in there for them at this point. I pray everything goes well for you next week, hopefully she flips on her own
