I started when the dr said to start giving her water they said a tiny bit but I filled it up all the way so it was easy for her to get with out holding it upside down and I just let her play with it and she started chewing it the first couple of times and the first cup I got was too hard for her to suck out of so I got another one and it's spill proof but when she bites it water comes so she realized she was getting some then started drinking it. Sometimes I give her a little apple juice mixed with her water.

@mrscruz0530, my kid likes to chow down on a bottle so how did you did you introduce it

7 months and we went through like 4 or 5 to find the right one. She doesn't like bottles or pacifiers so it was tricky getting her to actually drink out of a sippy cup
